I had an incredible experience at this hotel thanks to the outstanding service from the staff, who went above and beyond to assist me when I locked myself out of my locker at the gym. The location is superb, offering breathtaking views, but my noisy neighbors made it difficult to fully enjoy my stay. Overall, I was really impressed by the staff's dedication to customer satisfaction, though some areas could still use improvement.
